Well funded and fast growing
With over 10 billion yen in total funding, including a 7 billion yen Series B round, Loglass has become a leader in the management SaaS/PaaS space. We’re focused on expanding our product lineup to over 20 offerings by 2027 and developing an AI-driven ERP platform to improve enterprise resource planning. As we grow, we’re also building a global engineering team, with plans to set up new development hubs in Vietnam, India, and beyond.
Collaborative product development
We work closely with business teams to ensure our development efforts align with real user needs. Engineers get direct insights from Customer Success and Sales, and Product Managers spend time with clients to understand their workflows. Our FAST (Fluid Adaptive Scaling Technology) approach helps us stay flexible, and short “10-minute study sessions” encourage ongoing learning and knowledge sharing across teams.
Strong engineering foundations
We take a thoughtful approach to building software, using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and type-safe development to create reliable and scalable systems. We also work with large-scale data processing to support better decision-making. Regular hackathons and tech meetups give engineers opportunities to experiment and learn from each other.
