About MeetsMore

MeetsMore Chuo-ku, Tokyo

We offer two core services: MeetsMore, an online platform that seamlessly handles everything from quote comparison to order placement, and ProOne, an all-in-one SaaS solution tailored for field service industries.

Key benefits

  • International team
  • Two products at different phases
  • Customer and product oriented culture

About the position

We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer who deeply cares about craft, usability, and building high-quality product experiences at scale.

You’ll work primarily with React, TypeScript, collaborating with designers and engineers to deliver clean, accessible, and reliable front-end interfaces across multiple core modules of our product.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead UI implementation for user-facing features used by some of Japan’s largest enterprise customers.
  • Shape and evolve our Design System, component architecture, and front-end foundations.
  • Improve performance, maintainability, accessibility, and visual consistency across the product.
  • Collaborate with product and design from early exploration to final launch.

We value engineers who think about user experience, code quality, and long-term maintainability, not just getting tickets done.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional front-end experience, with at least 2+ years in TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and front-end performance.
  • Experience working at a product-focused company.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with designers and product managers.
  • Strong sense of ownership over user-facing quality.

Nice to haves

While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.

  • Design Systems (tokens, components, theming)
  • Automated testing for UI (Storybook, Vitest, Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)
  • Accessibility (a11y best practices, semantic markup)
  • Conversational-level Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N3)

Compensation

¥7,500,000 ~ ¥10,000,000 annually.

Hiring Process

  1. 1

    Casual Chat

A 30-minute informal conversation with a MeetsMore engineer for you to learn more about us, and for us to learn about your interests and experience.

  2. 2

    Coding Interview

A 1-hour, real-world scenario coding session in TypeScript (not a LeetCode-style problem). Use Google, Stack Overflow, and any resources you’d typically use in your work.

  3. 3

    System Architecture & Design Discussion

A 1-hour conversational interview focused on architectural decisions, data modeling, reliability, and trade-offs in complex real-world systems.

  4. 4

Chat with CTO / Upper Management

A 1-hour informal chat with Fumi-san our CTO, or a member of upper management.
