About the position

We have partnered with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to establish a new company in preparation for the launch of a new digital bank.

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Device Management specialist as part of this initiative.

※ This position involves employment with Money Forward, Inc., and a secondment to the new company (SMBC Money Forward Bank Preparatory Corporation). The evaluation system and employee benefits will follow the policies of Money Forward, Inc.

Responsibilities

At the IT department in our continuously growing company, you will be responsible for managing the devices (PCs, smartphones, etc.) used by group employees.

  • Plan and implement improvements in overall device management operations
  • Create device policies and implement/deploy them through MDM (Mobile Device Management)
  • Formulate standard device specifications across the entire group

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management
  • Experience in device lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Enterprise
  • Understanding of the basic structure and functions of devices
  • Skills in device setup and troubleshooting
  • English: Business level (equivalent to TOEIC score of 700 or above)
    • Note: Since the scope of work includes overseas locations, meetings and text communications will occur in both Japanese and English.
    • Candidates who do not possess a qualification equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or above will be required to take a company-designated test during the selection process (generally expected after the first interview)

Nice to haves

While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.

  • Experience in device (Mac) management using Jamf Pro
  • Experience in device (Windows) management using Intune
  • Experience in the installation, configuration, and management of operating systems (such as Windows and macOS)
  • Knowledge of device security, including data encryption and remote wipe
  • Ability to create procedures and guidelines related to device management
  • Capability to plan and drive device deployment and update projects
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking
  • Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.

Compensation

¥5,508,000 ~ ¥11,004,000 annually.
