At Money Forward, we have initiated a new venture in collaboration with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to explore the provision of BaaS (Banking as a Service) and digital banking solutions.
We are currently seeking a QA Manager for this initiative.
Responsibilities
- QA organization management, including recruitment and development (members across multiple locations: Japan and Vietnam)
- Formulation of test strategies (unit testing, integration testing, system testing, functional/non-functional requirements, including automation)
- Collection, measurement, analysis, and consideration of defect data for continuous quality improvement
- Standardization of development and testing processes
- Business level Japanese (N2 or above)
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in QA management
- Experience managing a team composed of 5 or more members
- Experience in formulating and executing test strategies with a focus on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
- Bachelor’s degree in information processing or computer science, or equivalent knowledge
- Possession of ISTQB or JSTQB Foundation Level certification, or equivalent knowledge; ISTQB Advanced Level is a plus
- Interest and enthusiasm for communication in a global development environmentAs development is conducted in collaboration with overseas locations, there will be situations where English is used in business. *A TOEIC score or similar is not required at the time of joining.

Compensation
10 to 15 million JPY annually.
