As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of high-impact products that shape our revenue engine and deliver a “WoW Experience” for millions of merchants and consumers daily. This role requires a unique blend of strategic growth mindset, technical depth, and people leadership. You will not only own the end-to-end lifecycle of scalable platform features and monetization strategies but also mentor and grow the product management team around you.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Growth
    • New Feature Innovation: Lead the end-to-end planning, scoping, and successful market launch of high-impact features aimed at monetization and value creation.
    • Data-Driven Roadmap: Deep dive into user data and market analytics to diagnose user pain points, formulate hypotheses, and build robust product proposals that directly drive key KPIs.
  • Technical & Architecture Leadership
    • Scalable Architecture: Create platform products that scale, making high-level technical architecture and UI/UX decisions with a long-term architectural view.
    • Technical Execution: Write technical PRDs, identify and fill product gaps, and work closely with engineering and design teams to execute the product roadmap predictably and on time.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Stakeholder Management: Act as the central bridge between diverse business units—including Business Development, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Data Science—to align priorities and clear roadblocks.
    • Focus & Prioritization: Possess the confidence and diplomatic skill to prioritize relentlessly, making the hard decisions to say “NO” to distractions to keep the team focused on high-impact goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Analytical Power: Strong data analysis skills with a demonstrated ability to turn complex data insights into actionable product strategies and KPI growth.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: A strategic mindset focused heavily on product growth, with the ability to navigate ambiguous challenges and break down complex problems into clear deliverables.
  • User-Centric Mindset: Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, with a relentless focus on empathy and thinking from the user’s perspective.
  • Language: Business-level proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to haves

While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.

  • Technical Foundation: Master’s degree in a technology-related field, or hands-on technical experience.
  • AI Utilization Experience: Hands-on experience working with AI-driven features, machine learning models, or AI product integration.
  • Execution Mindset: An extreme bias towards action (a relentless “Get Things Done” attitude) with a track record of working in very fast-paced environments.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese is preferred to effectively collaborate with regional stakeholders and users.
