International and English-friendly
We are planning to expand into the global market, but our current primary market is Japan. We deeply understand the importance of domain knowledge in product development, and therefore, proficiency in Japanese is expected. Particularly for roles such as product managers and designers who will be directly communicating with clients and end-users, native or fluent Japanese is required. However, over 80% of our engineers are not Japanese, and English is primarily used within the company and it is an international environment.

Free weekly Japanese lessons
You’ll be offered a one hour one-on-one weekly Japanese lesson with a professional Japanese teacher. There’s also the opportunity to get more exposure to Japanese language by participating in meetings with Japanese speakers, and other support via unoffical means, like our active Japanese language slack channel.
