You will be responsible for researching cutting-edge AI technologies, designing novel AI/ML architectures, and integrating into Cotomo and our upcoming new products.
Responsibilities
- Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, particularly in LLM, TTS, and ASR
- Iterate on cutting-edge AI models through experimentation, training, and fine-tuning to build production-ready models optimized for our products
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI solutions into our products
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire machine learning pipeline, including designing, training, evaluating, and deploying models
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python, C++)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
- Conversational Japanese ability

Compensation
Starting from 9 million JPY annually, with performance-based stock options.
