About the position

Responsibilities

  • Project management. Transform business requirements into tasks, assign tasks to members, track task progress, ensure successful delivery of required functionality on time.
  • ML engineering. Participate in decision-making process regarding functionality to be included in product; research new ideas and propose implementations; implement functionality when necessary.
  • Backend development. Establish specifications, enforce compliance with established specifications, implement functionality when necessary.
  • Frontend development. Formulate UX specifications, participate in decision-making process for UI design, implement functionality when necessary.
  • DevOps/MLOps. Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines for code, data, and model management; optimize testing and deployment pipeline; establish cloud and on-premise delivery channels.

Requirements

At least one year of professional experience in two of the following domains:

  • Project managment
  • AI with focus on Computer Vision (object detection, anomaly detection, semantic segmentation)
  • DevOps / MLOps
  • Cloud technologies
  • Full-stack web development

Nice to haves

While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.

  • AWS experience
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience
  • FastApi experience
  • Vue.js experience
  • Japanese communication skills (for client communication)

Hiring Process

  1. 1

    First interview

    We’ll present about our company, and you’ll talk about yourself. We’ll have a short Q&A session to make sure we’re a potential fit for each other.

  2. 2

    Simple assignment

    We’ll send you a simple assignment with a one-week deadline. After you submit it, we’ll provide feedback within a couple of days.

  3. 3

    Second interview

    You’ll present your work on the assignment, we’ll ask you some technical questions, and we’ll discuss terms.

  4. 4

    Final decision

    In less than a month from application (typically a couple of weeks), we should complete the entire process.
