We’re building a B2B dashboard product for the advertising industry, and we’re looking for our first dedicated frontend engineer to join the team.
If you’re someone who wants to take ownership of technical decisions, architecture design, and really shape the product from the ground up in the early startup — we’d love to talk. We’re a small and fast-moving team, so you’ll have a lot of autonomy and influence.
Our Tech Stack
- Frontend: TypeScript, React, React Router v7
- Backend: Python, FastAPI

- Infrastructure: AWS (Terraform)
- Styling: Tailwind CSS
- CI/CD: GitLab CI
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with TypeScript and React or Next.js
- Strong experience in designing reusable components and building design systems
- Solid knowledge of CSS methodologies (e.g., CSS Modules, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components)
- Familiarity with unit testing using Jest, Testing Library, etc.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil
- Proficient in Git-based version control
- Experience with REST API integration
- Demonstrates proactivity in acquiring domain knowledge
Nice to haves
While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
- Experience setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Worked closely with backend engineers and designers in a product team
- Strong interest or background in UI/UX design
- Experience with frontend architecture design and B2B dashboard development
- Familiarity with E2E testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
- Awareness of accessibility best practices
- Contributions to open-source projects (OSS)
- Has led frontend technical decisions or architecture in a small team (2–5 members)
Compensation
¥8,000,000 ~ annually.
