We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our team. You will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying AI agents that leverage cutting-edge AI techniques to streamline corporate business processes, with a strong focus on the legal domain. Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust AI agents.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing SaaS platforms and legal workflow systems.
- Evaluate third-party models, frameworks, and services to determine their suitability and integration potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and deliver high-impact agent solutions.
- Build tools and infrastructure to monitor, test, and evaluate AI agent performance.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices in documentation and version control.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in AI systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning), or comparable hands-on experience.
- 3+ years of experience in developing agent products or similar AI applications.
- Strong proficiency in one programming language (e.g., Python).
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning and modern AI methodologies.
- Experience with AI frameworks and agent development tools (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP).
- Solid problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
Nice to haves

Compensation
¥10,300,000 ~ ¥19,000,000 annually.
