We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer for our in-house SaaS product DECA, which provides AI solutions in the marketing and advertising domain.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement features across both frontend and backend systems
- Design and build scalable and fault-tolerant system architecture supporting both client and server components
- Develop user interfaces using modern frameworks
- Design and implement robust server-side processes and efficient database integrations
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs that connect various system layers
- Plan and implement testing and security measures to ensure both quality and safety
Requirements
- Experience in frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks) and backend development (Python, Go, Node.js)
- Experience in building scalable and maintainable system architectures
- Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (for client communication)
Compensation
¥7,000,000 ~ ¥10,000,000 annually.
