VisasQ operates one of the world’s largest knowledge platforms, connecting over 800,000 experts across 190 countries with the organizations that need their insight. Through interviews, surveys, and hands-on advisory work, we serve more than 2,000 client accounts in Japan and abroad. After acquiring a major US firm in 2021, we now operate across six offices worldwide. As generative AI makes public information easy to gather, we believe first-hand knowledge that AI cannot reach is more valuable than ever.
Rebuilding our core with AI
With 800,000 experts and a business at multi-billion-yen scale, we are now rebuilding the core of our product on top of AI. By replacing the search and matching at the heart of our business with AI-driven systems, we can connect our experts’ first-hand knowledge to clients far more efficiently. Backend work is central to this shift.
A global product built across six offices
Our global Expert Network Service (ENS) business gives consulting firms and financial institutions high-precision expert matching for market research, industry studies, and best-practice work. As a pioneer of ENS in Japan, we are building it into a global product, with teams in Japan, the US, and the EU collaborating daily for 24-hour, multilingual coverage.
We work in both Japanese and English
Because we work constantly with our US and EU teams, English is part of everyday work here. We value open communication across both languages and functions, with engineers, designers, and business members working together and no walls between roles or units.
