In this position, you will improve and maintain our HR & labour-management solution. You’ll work across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure, helping define technical direction, implement new features, optimise performance, and scale a product used by hundreds of companies and over 500,000 users.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the back-end using Golang (Echo or similar frameworks).
- Build and enhance the front-end using React + TypeScript.
- Operate and improve our AWS infrastructure (Terraform, monitoring, performance optimisation).
- Propose and drive technical improvements, automation, and architectural enhancements.
- Collaborate with product, business, design, and QA teams to align features with customer needs.
Requirements
- Basic Japanese ability
- Practical experience developing web applications.
- 5+ years back-end development experience.
- Experience with Golang.
- Front-end development experience with React, Vue, or similar.
- Experience building or operating in an AWS environment.

Compensation
¥5,500,000 ~ ¥9,000,000 annually.
