The SalesTech business segment was established in April 2024 with the mission of driving the “essential evolution of sales through AI” — enhancing efficiency and maximizing results across all sales activities.
To support the entire value chain of sales, from upstream to downstream, the division is developing multiple products under a multi-product strategy. We are also integrating our other in-house solutions, such as exaBase Generative AI and exaBase Studio, to deliver optimal, customized solutions for each client.
Responsibilities
- Develop the AI agent feature of exaBase Sales Agent, scheduled for release in winter 2025.
- Work closely with product managers, machine learning engineers, and designers, you will take ownership of product development from planning to implementation.
- Propose, design, and implement system-wide improvements (frontend, backend, and AI)
- Improve code quality through code reviews, coding standards, and unit testing
- Enhance software architecture in an AWS environment
- Analyze and mitigate system risks
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
- Experience in both backend and frontend development
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience with React
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Fluent in Japanese

Compensation
¥6,480,000 ~ ¥10,080,000 annually.
