We are seeking an experienced Python Web Developer with a strong understanding of AWS services. This individual will work as a critical member of our engineering team. This role requires a high level of proficiency in Python programming and extensive knowledge of AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the latest web development methodologies and a familiarity with Django Web Framework.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust and secure web applications using Python.
- Leverage your expertise in AWS services for the development, deployment, and scaling of our web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and modules.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and bring a passion for technology to motivate and inspire.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Web Developer using Python. Knowledge of frameworks like Django or Flask is essential.
- Strong experience with AWS services including but not limited to EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and SQS.
- Experience in deploying applications using containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices, especially in areas of scalability and security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
