About MeetsMore

MeetsMore Chuo-ku, Tokyo

We offer two core services: MeetsMore, an online platform that seamlessly handles everything from quote comparison to order placement, and ProOne, an all-in-one SaaS solution tailored for field service industries.

Key benefits

  • International team
  • Two products at different phases
  • Customer and product oriented culture

About the position

As a software engineer at MeetsMore, you’ll be able to work on the area of the product that best matches your interests and abilities. We primarily code in TypeScript, with React on the frontend, and Node.js on the backend. We have a very multi-cultural team from all over the world so Japanese language ability isn’t required but can be helpful.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Experience working at a product-focused company
    • Sorry, if you’ve only worked at a consulting company that builds tech products for other companies, it’s not going to be a good fit
  • Experience communicating with non-engineers, especially communicating with biz/ops team members
  • Experience with Git
  • Want to become conversational in Japanese
  • A keen interest in technology and willing to learn

Nice to haves

While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.

  • TypeScript, React, or Node.js experience
  • Knowledge of some design patterns e.g. MVC
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Development and operation experience using containers (e.g. Docker)
  • Experience or knowledge with CI/CD processes
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure etc.

Compensation

¥5,000,000 ~ ¥8,000,000 annually.
