This is a management position that oversees and manages the quality of various services across the board. At Money Forward, we have two quality assurance positions: QA Engineer and SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test). You will work in collaboration with these quality engineers to fulfill our mission, while also engaging with developers involved in the products to ensure the quality of a range of products across departments.
You will report directly to the Chief Quality Officer (CQO), Juichi Takahashi, and the stakeholder manager of MFBC.
Responsibilities
- Formulating and tracing quality management processes such as test plans and release assessments
- Quality management using metrics
- Improving the quality of requirement specifications
- Setting the desired quality standards for the company, handling issues, and negotiating with stakeholders
- Understanding and promoting next-generation quality technologies (shift-left, non-functional requirements)
Requirements
- Management experience in an organization of five or more people
- Holder of ISTQB Advanced Level certification (especially Test Manager certification preferred) or equivalent knowledge
- Over three years of development experience or over three years of test automation experience using scripting languages
- Bachelor’s degree in information processing or computer science, or equivalent knowledge (such as the Basic Information Technology Engineer Examination)
Compensation
¥8,000,000 ~ ¥15,000,000 annually.
