About the position

You will be involved in everything from planning and promoting SaaS management to actual operations, according to your interests and experience. You will also be responsible for large-scale projects involving the entire group, collaborating with overseas offices such as Vietnam and India. The team you will be assigned to has members with various backgrounds, and we welcome those who are new to the IT department!

About team

The Corporate SaaS Management Division at our IT department, where you will be assigned, manages and promotes the use of SaaS used by all group employees, including overseas offices such as Vietnam and India. The team’s mission is to “provide a state where all employees can focus on creating essential value through SaaS,” and they are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Operation management and improvement of SaaS used by the entire group (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • Planning, selection, introduction, establishment, and operation of new SaaS
  • Support for the utilization of company-wide standard SaaS
  • Standardization and optimization of IT costs
  • Formulation of SaaS portfolio and AI utilization plans with a view to long-term management plans

Responsibilities

  • Research and promotion of SaaS functions (including AI utilization)
  • Defining the method of company-wide information sharing, SaaS selection, and introduction
  • Formulation and operation of management policies for the entire group (license granting, inventory, change management, etc.)
  • Budget planning and expenditure management, building relationships with vendors
  • Improvement of manual operations
  • Internal help desk operations
    • Responding to inquiries
    • Building and managing user knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience in planning, defining requirements, introducing, and operating internal systems
  • Experience in BPR projects involving any of the following:
    • Understanding As-Is and designing To-Be through user interviews
    • Mapping to business flow diagrams
    • Creating new business procedure manuals
    • Explaining to stakeholders
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2, CEFR B2 or higher)

  • Experience in operating corporate IT SaaS (Google Workspace, Slack, EntraID, etc.)
  • Experience in streamlining operations while replacing or canceling SaaS
  • Experience in planning and executing user study sessions on internal systems
  • Experience in business improvement using SaaS Web APIs, etc.
  • Work experience at an vendor company

Compensation

¥6,900,000 ~ ¥11,000,000 annually.
