About the position

Responsibilities

  • Fullstack web development for our DeFi specific web systems, both for external clients and an internal management.
  • Integrate internal APIs for DeFi into the web systems.
  • Depending on your preference, you will also join DeFi/blockchain related tasks such as Investigate and analyze blockchains, and integrate them into our existing platform.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in full stack web development using React, Next.js and/or TypeScript.
  • Knowledge and experience in Python or Go

While these are not required, please tell us if you have any of the following.

  • Knowledge and experience in either of, or all of DeFi/Web3/Blockchain.

Compensation

¥6,000,000 ~ annually.

Stock options are also available.

Hiring Process

  1. 1

    First Interview (online)

    You’ll first have a conversation with our HR representative. This will be a casual online chat to confirm what’s written on your resume and to get a sense of basic cultural fit.

  2. 2

    Technical Assignment

    If you pass the first interview, we’ll send you a technical assignment. You’ll be given one week to complete and submit the task.

  3. 3

    Team Interview (online)

    If your assignment looks good, you’ll have an online interview with two engineers from the team you’d be joining — typically the team lead and a team member.

  4. 4

    Cross-Team Interview (online)

    You’ll then speak with two senior engineers (tech leads) from other teams. This helps us assess collaboration potential across teams.

  5. 5

    Final Interview (onsite)

    The final round will be an onsite interview at our Tokyo office with the CEO and executive members.

    *Note: A background check will be conducted before we issue a formal offer.
