As the Head of UX, you will spearhead our efforts to enhance user experience across all product lines, embodying our philosophy of “Human-Centric Service” You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to reimagining how our solutions meet user needs, ensuring our designs are as intuitive as they are impactful.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor 2~3 product design teams to elevate the UX of our existing and new products.
- Drive the evolution of our design philosophy, using user feedback and behavioral data to refine product enhancements.
- Develop and standardize design frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure design initiatives align with company objectives and user expectations.
- Evaluate and refine design rules and systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading design teams in a tech-focused environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design expertise, particularly within SaaS or B2B domains.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and responsive design methodologies.
- Business-level fluency in Japanese.
- Experience in creating and managing comprehensive design systems.
Compensation
¥12,000,000 ~ ¥15,000,000 annually.
