Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to UI design and prototyping, for empathy-driven AI communication experiences.
- Design and refine intuitive and warm conversational interfaces, considering emotional nuance and context.
- Explore and implement multimodal interactions that seamlessly blend voice, text, and visual elements.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and AI researchers to drive the development of innovative product ideas and features.
- Independently lead both qualitative and quantitative user research to inform and validate design decisions.
- Rapidly deliver product iterations in a highly uncertain domain, embracing feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
- Proven ability to create prototypes using tools like Figma or similar software.
- Experience independently designing and conducting user research, including usability testing and user interviews.
- Conversational Japanese ability.
Nice to haves

Compensation
Starting from 7 million JPY annually.
