As a QA Engineer, our goal is to shape the future of digital banking in Japan, making it more user-friendly and accessible than ever before.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and establishing development and quality assurance processes to ensure quality assurance measures.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage the QA process integrated with our CI/CD pipeline.
- Planning test strategies, reporting defects, and making release decisions
- Planning, creating, and executing test cases for functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate consensus and strong alignment across key stakeholders (PdM, Development, SRE, Security, Operations, and Legal).
Requirements
- QA or development experience (3+ years)
- Experience in formulating software development processes or QA processes
- Holder of ISTQB (including JSTQB) Foundation Level certification or equivalent knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in information processing or computer science
- Interest in communication within a global development environment, as development is conducted jointly with overseas locations, and English will be used in work situations

Compensation
