The Ingestion team owns the mission-critical systems that serve as the front door to the Treasure Data platform. These systems must handle billions of events per day , absorb bursty and unpredictable traffic, and evolve safely as customer needs and scale grow.
At this level, Ingestion is not just about throughput—it is about long-term platform correctness, cost control, and architectural simplicity at scale.

Set technical direction for major subsystems and influence broader platform architecture
-
Drive improvements in operational excellence, incident response, and system observability
-
Partner closely with engineering leadership, product, and customer-facing teams on strategic initiatives
-
Serve as a technical mentor and multiplier, elevating the skills and effectiveness of engineers across the organization
-
Participate in on-call rotations with a focus on systemic fixes rather than tactical responses
