About the position

Our QA Engineering team at MeetsMore is responsible for ensuring the quality and smooth operation of our products. MeetsMore aims to provide valuable experience for our customers by following good software engineering practices that produce excellent results and generate great customer satisfaction. You’ll be joining our existing QA team which operates with plenty of flexibility. Communication between team members and product engineers is in both English and Japanese. We use various tools to automate testing such as Playwright and ensure best practices to ease testing and prevent incidents.

Requirements

  • 3+ years software QA or development experience
  • Web application testing experience
  • Mobile application testing experience
  • Automated testing experience (for example, Playwright)
  • Able to communicate clearly with non-engineers (especially with biz/ops team members)
  • Conversational Japanese ability

Nice to haves

While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.

  • Knowledge with CI/CD systems e.g. CircleCI
  • Automated mobile app testing experience (for example, Maestro or Appium)
  • Load/stress testing software experience (for example, K6)
  • HTTP/REST tool experience (for example, Postman)

Compensation

5 to 8 million JPY annually + stock options
