UI Turn Support Campaign Ongoing

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including building and executing test strategies in the ERP domain of the back-office SaaS “Money Forward Cloud,” as well as project management operations.
Specific duties include:
- Formulating test plans to meet customer requirements and product goals
- Quality analysis, quality improvement, and defect analysis
- Improvement of test processes
- Improvement of development processes
- Improvement of operational efficiency
- Promotion of test automation (strategy formulation, implementation, and improvement)
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience as a QA engineer
- ISTQB or JSTQB Foundation Level certification, or equivalent knowledge
- Experience in formulating and executing test strategies with a focus on QCD and the test pyramid
- Proactive attitude towards quality improvement
- Ability to question existing processes and methods, actively identify and propose solutions to issues, and lead stakeholders such as PdM/Eng. towards improvement and resolution
- Basic business level English (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above)
Nice to haves

- QA experience in a business company
- Experience in quality planning, quality analysis, and quality improvement
- Experience in improving development processes
- JCSQE Software Quality Engineer Certification at the basic or intermediate level or higher
- JSTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level or higher

- Experience in automating UI tests or API tests
- Technical knowledge in the development of web or smartphone applications, and experience as an engineer
- Experience in building/maintaining CI environments
- Ability to analyze logs and data to identify issues
- Practical experience in software development, including reading and writing source code, with some knowledge or experience in software development (approximately 2-3 years)
- Japanese proficiency is not required but a willingness to learn is preferred.
- English is primarily used in our development environment. However, there are a few situations and tasks where communicating in Japanese is necessary. We would like to encourage individuals who are currently learning Japanese or have a strong desire to learn to join our team.
Compensation
¥6,408,000 ~ ¥11,004,000 annually.
