About the position

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, analyzing user feedback to iteratively improve and optimize the product’s interface and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence across all digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously innovate and enhance product offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, problem-solving abilities, and successful user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (InVision, ProtoPie).
  • Experience conducting usability tests, user research, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles, accessibility standards, and user-centered methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.

Nice to haves

While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Previous experience designing travel, hospitality, or e-commerce applications.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks) to effectively collaborate with developers.

Compensation

¥5,500,000 ~ ¥7,000,000 annually.
