Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, analyzing user feedback to iteratively improve and optimize the product’s interface and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously innovate and enhance product offerings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, problem-solving abilities, and successful user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (InVision, ProtoPie).
- Experience conducting usability tests, user research, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles, accessibility standards, and user-centered methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Previous experience designing travel, hospitality, or e-commerce applications.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks) to effectively collaborate with developers.
Compensation
5.5 to 7 million JPY annually.
