About the position

To all engineers who want to shock the world with next-gen smartphone games. We are looking for new core members of our team who help us bring new ideas to life.

Dev Environment

  • Main Dev Language: C#
  • Game Engine: Unity 3D
  • OS:iOS/Android
  • Version Control: GitHub
  • Backend Service: Playfab
  • Multiplayer Service: Photon

Responsibilities

  • Thinking up, designing and programming new games and features for new games
  • Making new features for existing games
  • Managing lower level engineers

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of lead engineer experience
  • At least 5 years of Unity development experience
  • At least conversational level of Japanese

Nice to haves

These aren’t required, but be sure to mention them in your application if you have them.

  • Experience writing shader code

Compensation

5 to 10 million JPY annually.

Hiring Process

  2. Casual Interview (30 minutes)

    We'll introduce the position to you, and answer any questions you might have.

  3. Technical Interview (60 minutes)

    We'll focus on your technical knowledge and management skills.
