Join us in developing our new B2B SaaS product, a next-generation groupware, workspace and enterprise security solution. As an expert frontend engineer, you’ll leverage technologies like TypeScript, React, and gRPC to spearhead the creation and the development of our frontend from scratch. Your role will involve building high-quality applications and UI components that redefine user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to plan and implement engineering initiatives.
- Have a demonstrable track record of being able to jump onto new projects from the ground level and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Design and develop new features and reusable UI components using React-based frameworks.
- Implement automated tests and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Take ownership of the codebase, including documentation, testing, and communication of architectural decisions to team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in each category: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and React-based frameworks.
- Expertise in enhancing performance, accessibility, and security.
- Strong grasp of HTML/CSS semantics and experience in writing test codes.
- Experience in team development of B2B services.
- Experience in technical documentation such as ADR, design doc, API doc, etc.
- Experience in making technical decisions and selecting appropriate technologies for the product.
Nice to haves
While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
- Knowledge of Web communication protocols such as gRPC and OAuth2/OIDC.
- Experience in TanStack Query, TanStack Router, XState, Axe.
- Experience in leading or managing teams.
- Experience in building UI library.
- Experience in setting up the CI/CD.
Compensation
9 to 11 million JPY annually.

This estimated salary range is inclusive of bonuses and an allowance for overtime. Work exceeding additional overtime agreed to between the employer and employee will be compensated separately. Depending on your skill set and experience, the amount offered may be outside the above range.
